Quarantine directory
The location of the quarentine directory is dependent on the version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus. Some examples of different locations used by different version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus:
On Windows 7:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP12\QB
On Windows 7:
C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP60MP4\QB
The quarantine files are stored in the Kaspersky Anti-Virus Quarantine File format
Report files
Depending on the version Kaspersky Anti-Virus use Report files to log information about scans and on-access detected malware. The report files are stored in the Kaspersky Anti-Virus Report File format format and typically use the .rpt extension. The report files can be found in the following locations:
